Our Dad, Karl, has always been an avid hiker. Late in 2009 he decided that hiking the 500 mile Colorado Trail would be the perfect way to launch into his 60’s. He immediately began planning the excursion for the following summer—the culmination of a dream. We are his proud kids, Keryn, Joel, Jana and Will. We'll be sharing updates on Dad's progress throughout his journey. Our mom, Cathy, has wisely chosen to stay at home.
